It combines dynamic service management, transparent pricing workflows, secure authentication, and a modern frontend so users can move from discovery to confirmed booking with minimal friction.

THE CHALLENGE

A major engineering challenge was keeping booking and operations flows reliable while coordinating multiple external dependencies such as payment gateways, OTP channels, and notification services. We addressed this through guarded API integrations, fallback mechanisms, strict validation, and clear role-based boundaries across frontend and backend modules.
